Information you share
When you request access, we receive your name, email, role, organization type, institution or organization if applicable, course or learning context, and what you would like to try. When you use the contact form, we receive your name, email, selected topic, and message.
A short description is enough. Use general examples in the form and sample data in the demo, keeping student records, passwords, and confidential information out of both.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your request, arrange pilot access, provide support, and follow up on feedback you choose to share. We also use basic website usage information to improve the site and help prevent abuse.
We do not sell personal information or share it for advertising. Providers that help us run the website and deliver email process information as described below. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Trying Atlas
Pilot access is free. We provide login credentials for a demo environment with sample data so you can explore the features without uploading real student or institutional records.
We will explain how demo interactions are handled, including retention, deletion, and any AI providers involved, with your access details. For institutional use, we work with your team to agree on privacy, security, and data requirements before you bring real data into Atlas.
Services that support Atlas
We use Vercel for the public website, Amazon Web Services (AWS) for the application, and Resend to deliver access requests and contact messages to our team. These services process the information needed to host Atlas and deliver messages.
Website analytics show aggregate visits, pages, approximate regions, and device types. They do not use cookies to identify individual visitors. See how website analytics work.
How long we keep access requests
We keep your request and related correspondence while arranging access and supporting your pilot. You can ask us to delete them at any time. We may need to keep limited records to meet legal obligations or resolve an outstanding issue, and will explain that if it applies to your request.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of the personal information you shared with us, correct it, request its deletion, or ask us to stop following up. Use the contact form and choose Privacy request. We may ask you to confirm your identity before sharing or changing personal information.
Questions and updates
Send privacy questions or requests through our contact form. We will update this page as our services or data practices change, and keep the date above current.
